Frequently Asked

1-2-1 Coaching:

How do we work together?

You will need to have access to either Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, or Skype and be in an environment where you can focus on our session and be able to talk freely.

How will I know whether or not we can work together?

  • First of all check out whether you are ready to be coached ...
  • Then make sure that you feel happy about my coaching style, take a look ...
  • Finally let’s test out the dynamics of our partnership with an introductory free session, which you can book ...

How much does coaching with you cost?

My package of 9 x 1 hour coaching sessions is £1300 single payment or £250 monthly over 4 months with an initial £500 deposit. Payment details will be provided on booking.

What if I don’t agree with what you say or suggest during our session?

That’s an easy one – tell me.
I will push you because I want the best for you, and I want you to feel that you get value for your investment, that I have given you what you came to me for.

I am an honest and professional coach and I operate with integrity. Some clients change their lives completely as a result of working with me. Others just become far more confident with the life and career they already have, but know in which direction they want to go.

Whatever you decide, I’m not going to ask you to give up a career today unless you’ll die if you don’t. I’m not going to ask you to end any relationship today, unless you are going to die if you don’t. Even if your solution is completely divorced from where you are today, you will be happy with the transition plan that we will have developed together, trust me.

What kind of clients do you work with?

People who are unhappy with their life, or their career, or their relationships, (or all three), and want to change them for the better. Who are ready to be empowered to take responsibility for creating a life about which they are passionate, to be in a career where they feel fulfilled, and for having win-win relationships.

What will you expect of me?

Commitment to our sessions, to any post session research needed and to our partnership.

What can I expect from you?

Commitment to our sessions and our partnership. Honest, integrity, and 100% confidentiality.

Caveat: Don’t expect to be given a solution. A great coach will never give you a solution. A great coach will never offer to fix you. A great coach will never do all of the work for you. Why not? Because if they do it won’t work for you, you won’t value it and you won’t implement it. That’s because it’s not YOUR solution.
And that’s a no-no for my clients.

Online Coaching Programs:

What are the costs?

On-line programs are priced individually.

What if I start one of your programs and it’s not right for me?

I have endeavoured to give as much upfront information about each program as I can through the tasters, however if before the fourth program module, you decide it’s not for you, I will refund you 100% of the program fee.

How can I reap the greatest benefit from your online programs?

Make sure that you complete each module and the assigned coursework before you move onto the next one. As each module is designed to reinforce previous modules and the associated coursework it is important that you complete the modules in the correct running order.

What if I get stuck during a course?

Contact me and let me know.
If it’s an issue I can get you through via email, I will. If it’s a more complex issue then we may need to book a coaching session, but I have designed the courses in such a way that this shouldn’t be necessary but I like to make sure that you always have that option if you need it.
